- Requiring in-Canada candidates to hold a valid work permit
- Limiting annual community endorsements per designated community
- Introducing additional restrictions
Alberta Provincial Nomination Allocation for 2026
In 2026, Alberta received 6,403 provincial nomination spaces from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
